Option 1: Disconnect an AI assistant
- Sign in to your ConnectMyShop dashboard.
- Under Connected AI assistants, choose Revoke next to the assistant or key.
That assistant loses access immediately. Your shop stays connected for any others.
Option 2: Disconnect your Etsy shop
- In your dashboard, choose Disconnect shop.
We delete your Etsy access and refresh tokens immediately and stop all access to your shop. Any pending approvals are cancelled. You can also remove ConnectMyShop’s access from your Etsy account settings under apps you’ve authorized.
Option 3: Delete your account and all data
- In your dashboard, go to Account → Delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes:
- Your account, email and settings
- Etsy tokens and connected-shop records
- AI connections, keys and permissions
- Cached shop data, approvals and activity history
Deletion from live systems happens right away or within 30 days at most. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 days. We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it (for example billing records), and nothing else.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@connectmyshop.app from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We’ll verify it’s you and confirm deletion within 30 days. You can use the same address to request a copy of your data or to be removed from the early-access list.
