Common questions
My AI assistant doesn’t show a “connectors” option.
Connector (MCP) support depends on the app and plan. Check that your assistant supports custom or remote connectors, then add your ConnectMyShop link. Your dashboard shows step-by-step instructions for popular assistants.
My AI says it can’t make a change.
Check that assistant’s permissions in your dashboard. Editing, drafts, publishing and deleting are separate switches, and publishing and deleting are off by default.
I approved a change but it didn’t apply.
Approvals expire after 24 hours, and a change is stopped if the listing was edited on Etsy after the preview was made. Ask your AI to propose it again to get a fresh preview.
Etsy asks me to sign in again.
Etsy connections occasionally need renewing. Choose “Reconnect shop” in your dashboard — your AI connections and settings stay the same.
